CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card, your credit card number is held in case of late cancellation or no-show only and will not be charged in advance otherwise.
We are very strict with our cancel policy and will always charge, no matter the circumstances.

If you do not have a credit card, we require a check/cash deposit.

( Reservations that are not confirmed by letter, fax or mail expire at 6 p.m. of arrival day.)

For cancellation received up 7 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee,
From 6 days to arrival day or in case of no-show: 50% of total room charge.

N.B. IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE, THE 50% OF THE CANCELLATION NIGHTS WILL BE CHARGED AS PENALTY FEE.

CHECK IN FROM 14.00 P.M. CHECK OUT 10.30 AM

- The reservation request must be confirmed by the booking-office.
